window vista transformation pack error

i recently download this transformation pack 5.5 and install it,however i got all the effects except the toolbars remain unchanged. it is still the blue colur, not the very stylish black vista toolbar. i reinstall two times, but no change. during the process of installing, it prompted me to insert the Window xp pro service pack 2, but my cd only has service pack 1, so it cannot recognise it. i continue the installation without inserting.i wonder whether the problem got to do with the inserting of the cd. anyone could just help me out?
