Making the best of what I've got for now (Overclocking P4)

I'm ready to build new but I'm going to wait a while before throwing the cash down so I'd like to work with what I've got. I've been spoiled by the ASUS OC utilities on my last boards so I really dont know much about overclocking.

This is what I'm working with:
P4 3.73GHz Extreme Edition - Over-clocked with the Asus tool to 4.094GHz
Asus P5WD2 Premium
RAM: 4X 1GB Crucial Ballistix (Dont remember exactly what model it is and the numbers on the sticks aren't helping me find it on google/froogle. I remember when I bought it, I figured it was the best I could possibly get (and I'm a Corsair fan so I must have really seen some good numbers) I think it is supposed to be the 1000fsb model. hopefully one of you folks know.
CPU-Z Says - PC2-8000 (500Mhz)

Also have a heavy duty Thermaltake cooling system with 3 radiators (no vid cards or HDD, just the CPU)

I'll try to provide what I believe are the relevant numbers for overclocking from CPU-Z

Voltage (fluctuating from 1.384v to 1.432v)

I think I should also point out that my comp feels a bit more sluggish than it should be and seems like it could really use a fine tuned adjustment.

If one of you veterans could give me some pointers on overclocking my machine I'd really appreciate it. Hope I gave all the necessiary info.

For starters, you're running your RAM at way-below it's potential. It's rated for 500MHz, and you're running it @ 219.3. Also, SPD says it's rated for 5-5-5-15 timings @500MHz, and you're running 5-6-6-18. If you use that RAM as it's meant to be run, that should definetely liven things up. Try playing with the RAM, then report back. GL :)

I'm having major trouble finding anything in my BIOS that refers to those timings. I'll keep messing with it...

So the only thing that changed was the Freq. and Trc

I still dunno how to change the clocks heh

This has been quite the ordeal for sure, crash after crash. I finally figured out how to get to the clock timings so now my settings are as follows:

I still need to test for stability... and I'm really unsure about what to change for voltage. My toes are wet now at any rate so I'm feeling more comfortable doing this but I'd still like any advice if possible.

Question though, my frequency is 445.2 now, since it's DDR2, does that mean its actually 890.4 now? And since my Ballistix are rated for 1000FSB, does that refer to the 500MHz x2?

Also note that my Ai Booster utility (Using it as a monitor)
Says the following:

CPU Temp 121C (Says 121 degrees C but shows to be in the high Green, almost yellow.)

How does my temps and volts and mem stuff look to you gurus out there and what might be my next step?

PC Probe II says my temp is 249F... That's quite absurd right? My CPU isn't even overclocked right now

I performed 3 Benchmark tests shown below, first is Memory Latency, 2nd is Memory Bandwidth, 3rd is Cache and Memory... Does it look like everything checks out? The results seemed pretty low to me and compared to the stuff they had on their graph.
