is anyone familiar with Clean Access Agent?
my school requires this to get on their wireless network. unfortunately, i've been having issues with it lately where the network can't detect that i already have it installed and i'm logged in. and yes, i've uninstalled and reinstalled a handful of times (this seems to only fix the problem temporarily, if at all). please don't tell me to talk to the school tech guys. my expertise is at their level if not higher.

-anyone have an idea of what the conflict is?
-can anyone explain to me why the 'login/logout' option is always grey when i right click the icon on my taskbar?
