ok so I hve to connect 3 Voip phone lines, 2 computers over lan, and a laptop (wireless). And I need a router, under 100 dollars, to use for my business. This router must not fail. I have No EXP in routers, so PLEASE HELP ME!!!

The featrueset you describe involves QoS, WiFi and HSRP or a similar failsafe, and that will not go below $100. You'll likely not see that below $500.
