2x1gb 1066 or higher. Must not be corsair and must be available at newegg. Want to try to keep the price to around 240-300.

Have an MSI 975x platinum v2 motherboard with an E6400 processor. Not sure which would be the best to go with. Please give reasons why you pick one over the other if you could or if you suggest a higher priced one give a justification.

Thanks in advance for the help.

As I have recently discovered to my detriment, 1066 is incompatible with some 975x motherboards, so check that out first. If you want 1066 stuff, then any OCZ is good, as is GSkill or Team. A lot of people like Crucial Ballistix, but I personally think it's gone off the boil a bit. If 1066 is incompatible with your mobo, go for PC6400 cas3.... Team is excellent, or Geil is very cheap in your country at those timings.
