I can't access my taskbar

help, i've been searching my problem on google but i still can't find solution. it seems that my taskbar is locked, i can't even click start anymore. i don't know why it happened but i think i clicked something on my keyboard that i didnt know. when i click the taskbar it always sends an annoying sound "ding" like its locked.

restart and check to see if you have any problems in safe mode
ctrl atl del by the way to get the machine to restart properly

you can run new tasks from your task manager if you do ctrl shift esc by clicking on task manager's file menu > new task (run)

Chances are a simple settings conflict caused the taskbar to stop responding.Go to 'Kelly's Korners' for this and many other repair scripts.
