When right clicking on a jpg image > print

Hello,

I have a user, that when she right clicks on a jpg image and then clicks print in windows explorer, it prints two copies of the image. Does anyone know of a solution to this problem? It does work right (only prints one copy) if you log on under a different user name.

are they getting different printer mappings through a script or something? what if the particular print queue they're sending the job to has an option to print two copies of everything in the advanced section...although that would technically have to occur with any document time they would print

We tried different printers, reinstalling the printer drivers. It actually looks as though the program sends the print command 2 times. The program opens the picture, then a print box pops up, and the progess bar goes down to complete 2 times then it closes. I get 2 picutures and I have no idea where, or why it would be sending the command 2 times.
