Memory upgrade problems.

I just upgraded my RAM from OCZ Gold 2x512MB DDR400 to Corsair XMS2 2x1024MB DDR2 667 4-4-4-12. I seem to be having some problems. My games and apps are now having random crashes that I've never experienced before. I ran Memtest and it comes up clean, no errors. I would hate to have to format to fix these problems, because it's obviously a software problem. Also my Event Viewer hasn't recorded the recent program crashes either.
Sorry if I'm making no sense, but I had surgery today and I'm still full of drugs. Any help would be appreciated!

I agree, sounds like a voltage issue. I'm running my XMS2 6400 Cas 4 with 1.85v.

Thanks guys, I can't believe I didn't think of that, I feel kind of stupid. I guess all those drugs in my system yesterday didn't help :/.
