I have an old hard disk and i want to copy the user file folder. However the problem is that the folder is with incripition.... so is there any software that i can disable the incroption and copy the folder.

You would have to know how it was encrypted at least, and then find some program that can brute force it. It might be doable if you want to put the time into it. Could take 1000's of hours 24x7 to crack it depending.... That's why the government has supercomputers.

It's not encrypted. The folder was made private. Boot into Safe Mode and you'll be able to take ownership of the folder.
