Are there any good video editing progams that can do the following:

1: Crop videos and choose which parts to put in the final copy.
2: Shrink the video size by compression
3: Add the "slo mo" effect to the video
4: Add the "speed up" effect to the video

Just these basic stuff, the most important of the two are the 3rd and 4th.

I'm no expert but your basic windows movie maker that comes with your xp should be able to do all that
