Hi,
For that to happen, the disk would have to be rewrite media, and you would
need to be using packet writing software. It's not really practical from a
user standpoint, as you also could not be using the native encrypting
software (it requires that the file system be NTFS, optical disks do not use
that file system), you would have to locate a third party program capable of
it.
