Whats the best way to lock an entire worksheet in MS Excel 2003 so that ONLY the worksheet creator can make changes to the values in each cell?

Register or log in to remove.

Click on Tools -> Protection. From here, you can select whether to protect the sheet, the workbook or to protect and share the workbook.

Each option has a box to put in a password.
