I am new to the pocketpc world and upon this unit used at a good price
($3). Please help me out with the following:

The cradle I have plugs into the PC through the USB port. Does it
charge the batteries through the port or is there another cable that is
needed? I did not get anything that plugs into the wall...

All of my batteries are showing 100% charged, should any of the lights
come on while they are in the cradle? They do not now...

I currently have Verizon service. How do I set this thing up so that I
can use it? Are there any issues related to possible existing charges
that have not been paid?

The screen has scuffs on it, is the screen replaceable?

Some PDAs can trickle-charge through the USB, but it's no substitute
for a proper power cable to the cradle, which will charge it much
better. If the PDA is left 'on' in the cradle it may not charge at
all.

Occasionally, PCs supply power to the USB plugs even when 'off' but if
it doesn't you might find your PDA loses all power, which ends up with
a "hard reset" meaning you get to reinstall everything but the
operating system which is in ROM.
