DLL FILE IS MISSING! PLZ READ AND HELP IF U CAN!

That sounds like a virus. What ends up happening is that a virus scan will delete the actual file, but leave references to it in the registry or other startup areas.

Do a registry search for that file, remove keys that call it.

You can remove the keys by using ccleaner or regedit.

Ok, it's done. But does my Windows 7 work correctly without that file? Can i find it on the net and paste it where it needs to be?

Yes, it would work correctly without the file. It's just the way in which the virus is shown. That's all. Does your problem still occur ? Or is it gone now ?
