What options are there for programs that monitor CPU and other temperatures (with overclocking in mind)?

I'm a bit confused by all the temps. on here-
Temp 1: 53C
Temp 2: 37C
Temp 3: 41C
Temp: 127C
Temp: 127C (something is at 260 degrees F?)
HD0: 35C
Temp 1: (another temp1?) 40C
Core: 55C

to monitor yopur temp better use the programs that came with your mobo.
if there is no such a program on your cd you can try the sisoftware sandra.

I'm not sure but I don't think my mobo came with a program for temp. monitoring (Asus A8N-SLI Premium).

I download SiSoftware Sandra Lite, but I'm not seeing any temp readouts.
