I've had my e4300 at near 2.4ghz for a week now. It's been nice but I was starting to worry about temps. I was about 42C idle and 72C at a TAT 100% load. (Note temps are Tjuction) I read about the Integrated Heatsink removal and gave it a shot. Now I want to give my AS5 a few days to set, but I'm looking at 38C Idle and 63-65C 100% TAT load. What is bugging me is this. The cores with the IHS would always stay within 3C of each other, at idle or load. Now with the IHS removed core 1 and 2 are always 1-2C off at idle, but about 7-9C off at Load? Any thoughts? Should I worry?

There is nothing to worry about. IHS works as an additional thermal bridge between two cores, so on higher temps it's normal, that both cores are the same temp. BTW E4300 is surely L2 stepping, so TAT shows too high, offset is 15C. Use CoreTemp 0.94 beta or SpeedFan 4.32. You have a lot of OC headroom still.
