alright i just bought a new case for my homebuilt pc
but i dont know where the computer case: sound wires , power and reset wires , and other random wires go on my motherboard i tried combinations checked my motherboard manuel and dont understand so i was hopping for some help.
It's on page 21 under System Panel Header, case wires should have similar name on each set of wire anything followed by LED will be a light on the front of the, e.g., hard drive. The two most important are the power and reset. The front case sound, the beep when you start the computer should be a four pin connector. This is not the front speaker connector, there either on you sound card or somewhere else on the mobo if you're using on board sound
If you're having this much trouble on something that is so basic to setting things up properly and not frying your computer or injuring yourself, you really need to get someone to help you in person, not over a text forum like this. It should be pretty easy to learn that way, but it is more likely than not that you will misconnect something with bad results this way.
first #10, page in manual, second #10 is number of pins total, third #10 means that pin is missing from the set. all sets start #1 at bottom left and #2 top left. even number on top, odd on bottom with one pin missing on every set.
