I got my E6300 1 month ago, When i installed everest to see my temps before i started to OC i noticed its a little high for the individual cores.
Please tell me whether its fine or something is wrong.

Try re-seating your HSF, also check articsilver's homepage and follow the instructions on how to apply thermal paste
Remember the HSF must be pretty tight, don't be afraid of using a little force on it (a little).
Also check your case for airflow.
Finally install some other program (like coretemp and/or intel TAT) to get a "second opinion" on the temps.
