pin mod for e4400?

i remember there was a thread about doing some tweaking to a e4300 to get it to run at 2.4 with a 1066mhz FSB...will it be the same on the e4400?

Should be. If not, there would be no reason for me to buy it.

Waiting for the E4500 to come out, personally. Nearly the same power as a stock X6800 with the pin mod, and should only be $150 when it arrives. If there's no more E4x00 above E4500 coming out, then that will be the one to buy.
