Sapphiretech Tech Support/RMA question.

Does it exist? How long does it take for them to answer the support tickets on their site?
I've sent 2 tickets over the past 2+weeks and registered on the forum. I haven't received any info back not even a confirmation email about the tickets and can't even post on their forum.
If this is the extent of their support I recommend folks stay away. In contrast I also contacted XFX and heard back almost immediately.
