I never really wandered about this, but now I bought another hard disk, so now I have WD Raptor74 and Seagate Barracuda 320gb in my computer. Temperatures that programs show are 38C and 42C. Is this normal? and what is recomended? Thanks

Yes that's normal and also by placing a fan in front of the hd to keep them at good operating temperature. I'm guessing the Raptor for OS and the Barracuda for storage?
