Pleas Help with freezing problems

I have no problems when I first turn on my computer, but after the computer has been running for a while, or after running 3D Mark 06, games start freezing during play (GTA San Andreas and NFS Carbon.) It will quickly freeze and then play, freeze then play. This also happens when trying to scroll across the map on GTA, the movement isn’t smooth, it keeps briefly stopping and going. After restart, the problem temporarily goes away. I am running the latest nvidia drivers.
Also all the tempters are OK

I'm not sure but I think you may have a another software running and interfere with your game.

msconfig and disable all non ms services and startups.

then boot pc and run your game and see if you get this, if you do then its not a software conflict.
