  1. I allready ordered my Vista Ultimate licence... I will have it this monday... It's the OEM-licence.... which is cheaper!

    AFAIF hardware upgrading and subsequent Vista upgrading has yet to be confirmed.

    They can keep the DRM and EULA restrictions.

    Vista was designed for Hollywood and hardware manufacturers not users.
