Hey Everyone,

I'm buying a pretty good pc and have met my limit but didnt think about the Graphics card.

I'm right on budget with :

e6300 Core 2 Duo Processor
Stock Fan (will upgrade)
P5B-Deluxe P965 WIFI
4GB RAM DDR2 800
320GB Maxtor/Seagate 7200 RPM 16m Cache HD
LG DVD Recorder 18x
Apevia X-Cruiser Black Case
PoWork Extra Quiet 600W power supply
Onboard Network
Onboard Sound
Keyboard (wont use $2)
Mouse (wont use $2)
Speakers (wont use $6)

** WITH NO OPERATING SYSTEM 8O **

I got the minimal:

GeForce 7100GS 128Mb PCI EXpress 16X dual head, tv out

What should I get/do to get a better VGA card? I know I should probably downgrade some stuff but I get ripped off if I get what other buy... like 2gb ram 800 is $100 less... lol

WHAT SHOULD I DO!??!?!?!?

Get a cheaper motherboard, something like this:

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813128042

Get 2 gigs of ram instead, and upgrade later if needed. Get an E6420 instead of the E6300, due to the 4 mb cache and the higher clock/multiplier.

And for a video card, I would wait till R600 comes out. Though if you're impatient, I would get something like an 8800 GTS 320 MB, going for around 250-260 bucks.

So lets see, 90 bucks difference in the motherboard, 100 bucks difference in the ram...I would say this makes your system much more balanced.

Ill try to wait for another 200-300 bucks and then get a good VGA card. I like the current config cause the e6300 will OC really high, i gt the best motherboard to do so and its $200 for 2GB of ram and $308 for 4GBs... so i'd rather get 4... and i cant pay it. Ill wait for another 200-300 and get something like the x1950 XTX, ill try to get it cheap on ebay.

I probably should build my system but I dont want to mess the whole thing up...
