What is your budget and what is the main purpose of the PC? We can see that you might be using this PC for gaming, but no PSU or case is mentioned (which are VERY important to system stability).

oh oh... the budget is around 400-500 dollars...and i am just planning to use my old antec SLK1650 case and 350 power supply.. is that fine?

That looks like a good build for the price.
Make sure you get a decent PSU as mentioned before (350w will not do, look for something 450w or higher with at least 22amps on the combined 12v rails) and change your X1950Pro to the 256mb version, 512 is a waste of money.

I would probably try and fit this PSU: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817104953 in for the minimum for the system. FSP makes good PSU's, mpilchfamily recommends them and alot of others here: http://forumz.tomshardware.com/hardware/PSU-Reference-List-ftopict222154.html

I forgot to ask which OS are you going to use? If your going to use Vista, than 2 gig's of RAM would be better, but that would mean we would have to change some things to try and fit in the 2 Gig's of RAM.
