all these years ive been using a pass code to access my wep key, but i dont actually know what the WEP its self is, and now i need it but dont have it, I've already tried goung here: 192.168.0.1 and here: 192.168.1.1 and reseting is not an option. will i have to hack my own WEP?

Just use the reset button to set the router back to the factory defaults.

I don't understand... you need to enter the key into a device that does not accept the pass code?

Can you get to the router setup screens where it allows you to reset the WEP key? If yes, and if you type in a new passcode, does it display for you the actual key? If yes, go to that screen, type in your old pass code and write down the key it displays.
