how do you adjust the height/size of your cursor in word 2003?

one of the guys here has somehow reduced his cursor height to 1/32", you can barely see it, i need to get it back to the original size which is like around 3/16" or so.

just in word, i get a regular size cursor in outlook

Is it just the cursor or are the Letters/Numbers you type in also extremely tiny?

If that's the case it sounds like you need to adjust the 'Zoom' on your page to zoom in more so you can see better.
