So I decided to go with a home ethernet system. We started working on our unfinished basement and thought it would be good to install an ethernet system. What puzzles me is that we don't know where to get cat 5 face plates for the wall. We choose this because wireless can be expensive and unreliable at times. A lot of the reviews on new egg also dropped my interest in getting a wireless system.

Oh yeah and we have satelite internet. We live wayy out in the country so its not worth it to go wireless. I can get 2 50ft cat 5 cables for under 15 bucks! The bottom line is that I was wondering if anyone knew how to set up a home system and where to get face plates? Thanks!
