Whenever i start up my dell 4600 I get the following:

SATA Primary drive 0 not found
SATA Secondary drive 0 not found

initializing Intel(R) Boot Agent Version 4.1.06
PXE 2.1 Build 083 (WfM 2.0), RPL V2.74
Strike the F1 key to continue, F2 to run the setup utility

i just reformatted the HDD the other day and have been getting this message

whenever i hit F1 it'll go into windows normally, but kind of annoying

thanks

Do you have two hd's?

Are they SATA or IDE?

If you have just one drive - and it's IDE - press F2 on restart to go into the BIOS. Look for boot priority and place the IDE in third position after the cd, floppy.
