I'm having trouble enabling crossfire on my system at the moment.

I sent my slave X1950XTX away in Feb for an RMA as it had a bad RAM module, and finally got a returned card today from overclockers.co.uk

The problem is that they have sent me a X1950XTX master card to replace the slave. I now have 2 master cards and don't think crossfire will work with them - is there a way to enable crossfire between 2 master cards or should i have to go back to overclockers to try and get a refund on the master they just sent me?

Is theer any other way such as flashing the BIOS of one master card with a slave card BIOS that could fix this or is it not really worth it?

Any help with this issue would be appreciated, i loved my crossfire working from oct-feb when i found the slave was faulty :(
