2.8ish..... if ur beast with an OC and got sick cooling then 3.2 might be attainable.. it all depends on the bin.

If 2.8 is teh average,then will the performance increase be noticeable,especially in games that require tons of CPU horsepower like SupCom?

Yes its obvious!I asked because i heard that a AMD X2 OCed 33% doesn't increase performance very much,while there is a more significant increase in performance with Core 2 Duo OCed 33%.
