I'm curious, we all know about the "overclocked" and "ko" etc models for GPUs. How do you overclock the graphics card? It's not like it's a setting in BIOS like the mobo, anyone want to help me out here? I got a 8800gts ont he way, and rather than spending 50 bucks I'd rather OC it myself.
I read in one of the CPU overclocking guides that you have to lock the PCI and PCIe bus speeds, otherwise they would get overclocked in proportion to the FSB of the CPU? Wouldn't this overclock the card, or would it just increase the maximum throughput of the PCIe bus, with no effect, unless the PCIe bus was saturated?
