Will Gigaworks T20 be better than my Inspire T6060

My current sound setup is creative xfi fatal1ty sound card and inspire T6060 speakers. To be honest i dont think this setup is that great and im considering buying a set of t20 gigaworks. Am i right in thinking that even though there is only two speakers they will produce far better sound quality than my T6060 speakers?
I dont even use the surround sound feature as my desk is to small and all the speakers are in front of me. I also get a problem with my T6060 were the volume will just randomly go up and down without me even touching the volume wheel which is really annoying!
