AMD Shakes Up Channel Strategy

It looks like AMD's has been looking a little further ahead than just a simple release of a CPU and GPU. Apparantley they plan to make some fairly significant changes in the way they do business.

and part of its global strategy it will work with competitors Intel and Nvidia as partners to provide an open approach to the entire market.

This just says " If ya can't beat 'em, join 'em".

Well either that or the (pour) stockholders will shake up AMD's management. I wander why the h**l they jumped on the sinking ship (Dell) in the first place ?
