i cant view others webcam and they cant view mine as well, anytime i try it says network erorr occured

Are you sure the driver for the webcam is installed properly? Take a look in the device manager and make sure you don't have any errors or missing devices.

its an acer crystal eye webcam, and am using the inbuilt webcam with the same acer laptop, when am on yahoo i cant view pples webcam and they cant view mine, so what is to be done
