OEM version is basically what is given to system builders like Dell, HP, Gateway, Alienware, etc.) With an OEM OS you can install it only on one system and if you upgrade the software you will either have to buy another license or call Microsoft. I except for Vista, have always bought OEM versions of Windows and never had a problem with changing hardware & activation. So I would buy it since that price isn't that bad.
