Does anyone know if Windows Vista supports Quad and Octi core Systems? As in should i get a dual core, or if i get a quad core, will it benefit me..? Do i make sense? Cause here in South Africa, the Intel EX6800 and the QX6700 are the same price? so Dual core extreme, or quad core extreme? + VISTA... OR should i just not bother with vista. ive got myself an 8800GTX xxx GFX card.. so im keen on the DirectX 10 idea...?

Vista supports infinite cores... but as far as I know... everything from Home Premium up only supports 2 sockets.
