I want to be able to fax from any program (word, excel, ...) and using the data (fax number) from my contacts in Outlook.
Also when I receive a fax, I want it to arrive in the "Inbox" folder in Outlook & when I send a fax it should go to the "sent items" folders in Outlook.
I have XP pro & outlook 2003 (soon Vista Ultimate & outlook 2007) and I use a ISDN data fax.
I'm now using WinFax but that doesn't work with "inbox" & "sent items" folder" in outlook.
I don't have the answer to your issue but would sure appreciate your input! What is the best way to fax to an Outlook 2007 distribution list? We use Winfax Pro for faxing from desktop. I can't seem to find a way to do this. Your help is appreciated!!
