Hi All,

I figured I would post in the hopes maybe someone can help me make up my mind.

My current system is as follows:

AMD X2 4600+ (2.4 ghz)
2gig OCZ Gamer Gold memory
BFG 7900GT OC 256mb card
WD 500g Sata drive

The "current" games I play are: WoW, LOTR Online, Company of Heroes, Civ4, Oblivion, and some older games like KOTOR.

I'm wondering if its worth the money right now to upgrade to one of the BFG 8800 GTS cards, the OC or OC2 and then the 320 or the 640mb versions of either.

So basically I am wondering if an upgrade is worth it right now, or if I should hold off for a bit.

Lets put it this way, I do want to upgrade, and I keep looking at the cards, but I also have the small voice asking myself if its really worth it right now.

Thanks for any help here folks

I'd wait for the ATI HD 2900XT (or whatever).

It should push down prices of the 8800gts, and/or Nvidia may release another card to counter ATI, you never know.

I'd be happy with the 7900gt for now.
