Hey all, i have had about 3 bsod since i upgraded my CPU to a pentium D and and upgraded my PSU. 8O

i haven't been able to catch the previous 2 bsods, but after disabling restart, i got this with the latest one:

Bugcode_USB_Driver

0x000000FE

(0x00000005,0x8661f0e0,0x11063104,0x86585a80)

does anyone know what this means? Id assume its to do with a USB driver, i tried updating all drivers for USB devices and my Belkin USB hub PCI card but all were up to date. ty for reading.

Edit: Also, one time was on desktop, once in game (css) and once whilst watching an embedded Google video.

Depending on which generation D you acquired, and, if you didn't change your mobo, you may have some compatibility problems.

Tell the forum the EXACT D you have; the mobo; & the chipset on the mobo.

Did you upgrade memory? Sometimes you have to do that as well.

The D should be fine in there.

The pc3200 is supported, but you would be much better off with dual-channel ram DDRII667. Take much better advantage of the processor upgrade.

How much are you oc'ing?

Had another BSOD while browsing the web, does anyone have any idea what might be causing it, it came up with this:

PFN_LIST_CORRUPT

0x0000004E
(0x0000008F,0x0003C9CE,0x00024ECE,0x00000000)
