Have done some searching but was wondering if someone out there that has done this could tell me the best way to go about doing it?

I would like to have a web cam that would remain on in my living room that I could log onto at work and see my living room live.

What would I need to purchase and how would you recommend going about this, gear, software? I have Road Runner at home and work.

just get a network enable webcam... plug it into your network... bring up the web page and do some basic config on it... port forward on your firewall... and that should be it... You got any hot girls in your living room? J/K!!!!!!!!!!!!!
