Just did the update to Vista.

When I had XP I used what they called the 'Active Desktop" that allowed me to have a background wallpaper and place sized images on top of the background wallpaper.

I can not seem to find a way to do this in Vista? Anyone know if you can do this or how to do this?

Thanks for the help
