Will I totally overload my PSU??

So I have a Hiper 580 Watt PSU and I'm adding some stuff to my comp. Could I please get some suggestions if it will power all the following. If not I would love some recomendations.

ECS KN3 SLI Motherboard
AMD x2 5200 CPU
Foxconn 8800gts 640mb OC Video Card
Western Digital Raptor X 150mb HDD SATA
2 - Seagate 500gb HDD SATA
2 - CD/DVD Burners SATA
USB Card Reader in 3.5 inch bay
4 Case Fans
4 x 1gb pc6400 memory sticks
Corsair Memory Cooler (3 small fans)
Hard Drive Bay 80mm Fan
Stock AMD CPU Cooler (Will replace soon)
2 External Hard Drives, self powered
USB Wireless Mouse/Keyboard Receiver
4gb OCZ USB Flash Drive (only used for readyboost)
Creative X-Fi Fatality Pro Sound Card
Hauppage 150 PCI TV Tuner


I think that's everything, pretty much my whole build. So what do you all think, do I need a new PSU? If so which one? I'd get one that'd hopefully last a long time.
