Desperate need of help converting

Hellos.... So this is what's going on, I have these dvds, not copy right protected, I can already rip them just fine, thing is I need to convert them to divx format, so as I load the VOB files in to the software, it goes about its way and does its stuff, thing is, I need to take the entire movie that plays on the disk and convert the hole thing, I dont want segmented videos, and sense there are multible VOB files, im assuming these are scene selections? and i really really dont want to have to load each scene in to the software, not only that but i need the whole video fromt he disk to be around 124Megs, so when I specify the software to convert to that size its like going to convert each scene?? im so confused with this crap.. so what I am hoping for is.. is there software, accessible software i mean, that can just look at the dvd, and as a whole, convert it to divx? any takers? thanks!!!!!!!!!!!
