Coolermaster Extreme Power 600W

hello guys i have an AMD ATHLON64 3200+ on an ASUS A8NE with 1GB RAM and a sparkle 7600GT.
i also have an XFX 8800 GTS 320MB set aside.the question is whether the
Coolermaster ExtremePower 600W will be able to handle my system with the 8800GTS.I have been hunting for a good SMPS without success .the 8800GTS has been sitting idle for over a month.
Please help!!

I have a coolermaster 600watts, but it says 300watts purepower. What does this actually mean?
