Can OS X be run on a win xp pro laptop?

I was reading up on bootcamp which lets u run multiple os on a mac. What i wanted to know is dat is it possible to run OS X on a windows XP based laptop. If it is, can you please send me a link or a guide from where i can read up on it ? Also, lets consider the laptop is a centrino 2 ghz with 1 gb of ddr memory. So i assume thats a decent hardware capablity. Thnx Guys !
