I just bought a PC with Vista Premium on it. I may want to change my mind..
If I decided to upgrade to Ultimate, will there be any difference than if I did an initial install with Ultimate
I know an XP to vista upgrade is not the same as a full install vista, but if you upgrade vista to vista is there really any difference at all?

Going from Vista to a higher version of Vista... will just add the features instead of replace the OS, although it might have to rewrite a few things. I'd say just do the upgrade.
