i just got vista premium

how do i check whether my seagate 750gb sata is running in 150gb mode or 300gb mode?

thanks a lot

amd x2 4400 @2.6

Try Everest. My Seagate is reported as running in SATA II. If you are using an intel chipset, install the Matrix Storage manager and you will have SATA II support automatically.
