hey everyone i am getting a ATI Radeon X1800 GTO Video Card from my freind. so is this a good gaming card??

It'll run anything out right now, if thats what your asking. Most things on medium-high settings at decent resolution. What is he asking for it? ($)

actually its an unused thing without box only accesories with it. here in dubai it is about 600dhs. and he is selling to me in 350dhs

Hmmm...X1800GTO is a nice card(about the same power of a GeForce7800Series card but with the HDR+AA advantage).
If you don't get it yet i recommend a X1950Pro instead.
By the way,what are your system spec?
Just make sure that your power supply can handle a X1800GTO or X1950Pro.

Can you open up your PC and look at the label on the power supply? We specifically need the 12v 1 and 12v 2 specs, but the make and model would be quite useful also.

according to some web sited a 450Watt Power supply with 20Amps on the +12V is required.take a look at Here.

Depends on the price.

The X1800 GTO is about as fast as the 7600 GT and X1650 XT.

If it's cheaper than those where you're from, it's a good deal...
