Once I ran Microsoft Update of Microsoft site to find out what was it...
But I'm rather running Windows Update and then running Office Update... But now, when I click in Windows Update I always redirected to Microsoft Update... How can I disable it and use Windows Update once again?

Try this:

Right-click an open area on the Desktop - New - Shortcut.

Type into the blank space, the following:

%system root%\system32\wupdmgr.exe

hit Next and name it Windows Update - Finish.

Pop in your XP cd. Exit out of the Autorun page.

Right-click My Computer - Explore - hit the + sign on your cd drive - click i386.
Scroll down through the W's, on the right side, until you find WUPDMGR.EX_

Copy and paste it into c:\windows\system32.

Start - Run - (type)cmd

In the command prompt window, (type) cd\windows\system32 (hit enter)

Now type: expand wupdmgr.ex_ wupdmgr.exe (there is one space between the underscore and the w)

The shortcut will work now.

There is an easier way, IIRC. There should be a link somewhere on that MS Update page that will allow you to go back to Windows Update.

In Run type services.msc, than find Automatic Updates and double click on it, select start up mode to disable and that's it!
